15 years ago I had a friend (NOPD lieutenant in Robbery Div) heard Cheif Doucett say, “in 4 years we will have all the white rank out of the department”.
This was Morial’s racist regime and the corrupt , dysfunctional rot that is the NOPD in 2008 reflects the black poltical mafia that has reduced a once great city to a welfare-ghetto disaster.
